While many on the left are constantly decrying the turnover rate of West Wing personalities as a sign of turbulence in the White House, there is a very real belief that Donald Trump knows precisely what he’s doing.
After all, this is a man whose business empire is unique to him. His interests are global, the stakes are high, and you can choose whichever cliché you’d like for the pace of his industriousness. People are destined to find themselves unable to keep up, and describing this “revolving door” of advisors as a negative characteristic of Trump’s presidency is disingenuous at best. The CEO-in-Chief seems laser-focused on constant improvement, and this may very well just be a casualty of that.
One of the more prominent departures from the White House came to us from Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, whose amicable move away from The Beltway was bittersweet given her popularity with Trump’s base.
Fans of Sanders are in luck, however…
Fox News has signed former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders as a contributor, the network announced on Thursday.
“Fox News has been the number one news organization in the country for 17 years running and I am beyond proud to join their incredible stable of on-air contributors in providing political insights and analysis,” Sanders said in a statement.
The 37-year-old will provide political commentary and analysis to Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, Fox News Digital, Fox Nation and the radio/podcast division.
Sanders will make her debut on “Fox & Friends” on Sept. 6.
Sanders made a name for herself in the White House Press Room as a bit of a bulldog, constantly challenging the spin and bias of the mainstream media to great, at-home applause from conservative America.
