Anti-Cuomo Whistleblower Receives Surprise Visit from State Inspector

Cuomo appears to be acting like some second-rate mob boss as his political career goes up in flames.

The more we learn about Andrew Cuomo’s reign over the state of New York, the more he appears to be acting like a second-rate mob boss.

Governor Cuomo has been embroiled in scandal for just about a year now, stemming first from his decision to use the state’s nursing homes as overflow care facilities for COVID-19 patients.  Of course, this backfired tragically, and Cuomo was said to have spent a considerable amount of time bullying and harassing local officials to keep quiet about just how bad things got.

Now, as this controversy is compounded by a number of sex assault scandals, Cuomo remains immovable, refusing to resign and doubling down on his intimidation tactics.

A New York nursing home was visited by the state’s Department of Health days after Fox News reported on the administrator’s alleged early warning about the impact of Gov. Cuomo’s executive order.

The visit, according to Kraus, started at around 9 a.m. ET Tuesday and stretched at least past 3 p.m. ET. It’s unclear why exactly the visit occurred, but Kraus said the health department asked about a resident possibly running away.

Kraus was unwilling to suggest that this was some sort of retribution, however.

“So far it seems to be just a coincidence and not retaliation,” he told Fox News via text. “They didn’t find any problems.”

Of course, given Cuomo’s recent behavior, there’s no telling whether or not this was merely a strange circumstance or some g-rated version of a horse head in the bed.
