Chick-fil-A Under Donation Scrutiny Again, This Time Turning Hard Left

I don’t know about you, but I’ve suddenly lost my appetite.

Things are getting downright wild in the chicken sandwich business as of late.

First, there are the extraordinary stories coming out of Popeye’s, where a fried chicken breast on a bun has sparked a number of brawls, fomented accusations of a backdoor black market, and forced several franchises to hire security.

This is all due to the fact that the Popeye’s chicken sandwich is apparently a perfection of poultry, gaining higher praise than even the offering from Chick-fil-A – who claim to have invented the chicken sandwich itself.

Chick-fil-A have also contributed to the chaos of the fast food frenzy by bending to the will of the liberal left in ceasing donations to organization that some believe to espouse anti-LGBT values.

New reports now show that Chick-fil-A has gone ever further, however, and are sending their money to some radically progressive places.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) records show that Chick-fil-A is not only stopping donations to Christian organizations but is funding left-wing extremist groups, including the anti-Christian Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

Chick-fil-A’s 2017 990 IRS filing shows the fast-food franchise made a $2,500 donation to SPLC, among a laundry list of pro-abortion and pro-LGBT orgs, Townhall reports. The Chick-fil-A Foundation has come under conservative scrutiny since its decision to stop supporting Christian charities such as the Salvation Army, caving to disingenuouspressure campaigns from far-left activists.

The SPLC is most infamous for inspiring an attempted domestic terror attack against the Family Research Council (FRC), a group that lobbies for pro-marriage and pro-life policies.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve suddenly lost my appetite.
