Despite the fact that the entire party is standing in a figurative cesspool of corruption and international compromise, the Democratic Party really does love to sling mud in the general direction of Donald Trump.
At times, it has gotten hard to take them seriously. They seem to turn away from the suckled teat of China just long enough to spew some salacious gibberish at the 45th President of the United States, and then turn back again for their Far East sustenance.
For instance, Congressman Eric Swalwell’s, who amorous affair with a potential Chinese spy has been a rather serious stain on this already dusty career. The Golden State liberal took a rather ugly shot at the former President this week.
California lawmaker Eric Swalwell is co-sponsoring a bill that would ban Donald Trump and several allies of the former President from entering the United States Capitol.
The bill was introduced in the House of Representatives on February 17th by Rep. Nikema Williams (D-GA). The sole co-sponsor of the legislation is Swalwell (D-CA).
And it wasn’t just Trump…
The resolution seeks to prohibit “President Donald Trump and certain other individuals who attempted to undermine and overturn the 2020 presidential election from entering the United States Capitol.”
The news comes as the DOJ has still refused to issue any indictments after the numerous criminal referrals made by the January 6th select committee.
