DeSantis Drops Legal TRUTH BOMB About Trump Indictment

Ol’ Ronny was FIRED UP.

As news of Donald Trump’s indictment spread around a shocked nation on Thursday, politicians and pundits alike began to react in their own unique ways, and within their own individual capacities.

At Fox News, Tucker Carlson railed against the indictment, while CNN’s hosts were having a difficult time disguising their petty, petulant glee.

Meanwhile, a number of MAGA-aligned politicians are lining up to lend their support to the former Commander in Chief – including one of his likely potential ’24 rivals.

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) said his state will not assist with an extradition request, his announcement coming after former President Donald Trump was indicted Thursday.

“The weaponization of the legal system to advance a political agenda turns the rule of law on its head. It is un-American,” he wrote in a social media post.

And then:

“The Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies and to excuse criminal misconduct. Yet, now he is stretching the law to target a political opponent. Florida will not assist in an extradition request given the questionable circumstances at issue with this Soros-backed Manhattan prosecutor and his political agenda.”

Early reports indicate that Trump will be surrendering without incident, likely on Tuesday after the Secret Service has made the necessary security arrangements with authorities in New York.
