Devin Nunes Warns That New Anti-Trump Hoax Could Be Incoming

Well isn’t that a lovely thought?

Our nation has been through quite a bit over the course of the last few months, and, with a presidential election just a few short months away, many of us are hoping to for some peace and serenity in the early stages of 2020.

According to House Rep. Devin Nunes, that may be a bit of a pipe dream.

Monday during an interview with Fox News Channel, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, warned Democrats on that committee could be working on concocting a new hoax aimed at President Donald Trump in the wake of his Senate impeachment trial acquittal.

Said Nunes of the Democrats:

“I’m not sure that they actually know how to do anything else because, for the most — for all practical purposes, the Intelligence Committee in the House isn’t really meeting,” Nunes added. “So my guess is they’re going to start with John Bolton, maybe others. They may concoct a new — a new hoax. I’m not sure that, you know, that — that the American people will believe it. But you can be sure of one thing: The mainstream media will support whatever it is the narrative is that they want to build.”

Nunes was one of President Trump’s most adamant supporters during the House’s “formal impeachment inquiry”, consistently tearing apart the Democratic narrative being concocted by his left-leaning peers.

The politician’s premonition could very well manifest itself in the coming months, with a number of prominent Democrats having already suggested that Trump could be impeached again should his behavior warrant it.
