Fox News Gives Rave Reviews of Biden’s DNC Speech, Shocking Viewers

2020 is one weird year, isn’t it?

So, 2020 has been an incredibly strange year, there is absolutely no denying that.  We have a global pandemic, a racial revolution, economic disaster, murder hornets, and a hotly contested American election to deal with – and the reverberations of these bizarre crises and turbulence have impacted the way of life for literally billions of people around the globe.

In all honesty, almost nothing could shock us at this point.  We’ve grown cynical and jaded to degrees that some of us didn’t believe possible.

But when Fox News starts gushing over Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s speeches…well then you know something just isn’t right.

Anchor Chris Wallace, who previously panned Kamala Harris’ vice presidential nomination speech, called Biden’s big moment “enormously effective.” “Remember, Donald Trump has been talking for months about Joe Biden as mentally shot,” Wallace went on. He added, “I thought that he blew a hole — a big hole — in that characterization. … Trump is gonna have to run against a candidate, not a caricature.”

Commentator Brit Hume also praised Biden’s speech, calling it “very good” and “delivered with force and clarity.” His colleague, Dana Perino shared the view, saying Biden “just hit a home run in the bottom of the ninth … He had pace, rhythm, energy, emotion, and delivery. I think if he looks back, he’s got to say that was probably the best speech of his life.”

Karl Rove added that Biden’s speech was an “excellent end” to the convention, calling the former VP’s remarks “very good.”

President Trump has been extremely critical of Fox News lately, and especially of Chris Wallace, as the mainstream infotainment network has repeatedly bucked their conservative viewer base by praising Biden and the Democrats, while simultaneously being extra-critical of Trump himself.
