Hillary Clinton Can’t be Ruled Out of 2020 Race Just Yet Says Former Adviser

Democrats are largely unenthused with the possibility of Clinton returning to the political realm, seeing her as a bit of a bad omen.

The latest news out of Hillary Clinton’s inner circle was both predictable and frustrating.

Clinton has long been hiding out in the shadows of the Democratic Party, after being banished from the public sphere after the deleterious effects of the 2016 election.  Not only was Hillary completely stunned by her defeat at the hands of Donald Trump, (so much so that she hadn’t even written a “just in case” concession speech), but she had rigged the primaries in order to gift herself the nomination.

Now, like a curse riding on the crisp autumn breeze, Clinton is wafting her way back to the alarmed nostrils of the Democratic Party…and she’s being fairly brazen about it.

Former Clinton adviser Philippe Reines would support Hillary Clinton if she were to run for president on the Democratic ticket in 2020.

Reines, a longtime confidant of the former first family, told “Tucker Carlson Tonight” if Clinton believed she would be the best candidate to defeat President Trump she would strongly consider jumping into the race.

“She ran for president because she thought she would be the best president,” he said.

“If she thought she had the best odds of beating Donald Trump, I think she would think about it long and hard.”

Clinton has been seemingly dropping hints about a potential 2020 run for some time now, beginning with a massive uptick in public events, and more recently with a tweet quoting Beyonce about “taking power”.

Democrats are largely unenthused with the possibility of Clinton returning to the political realm, seeing her as a bit of a bad omen.
