Hollywood Tears into Trump Supporters: ‘MAGA Hats Akin to KKK Hoods’

This reeks of desperation.

Today’s political climate appears to be headed full-speed into a realm of nonsense, hyperbole, and fiction – and that journey has been sped up significantly by the ridiculous rhetoric coming out of Hollywood.

Tinsel Town is an overtly left-leaning echo chamber most of the time, and the introduction of Donald Trump to the political schematics of America seems to have kicked the proverbial hornets’ nest in that regard.  The film industry’s most notable names have come out swinging against Trump, perpetuating the claims that he is racist, or sexist, or xenophobic by tweet on a near-daily basis.

Now that we’re just over two months away from election day, these narratives have gone nuclear, and are being lobbed in the direction of just about anyone within earshot of the Commander in Chief.

The second night of the RNC brought out leftist Hollywood’s nasty side as celebrities flocked to social media to mock and demean President Donald Trump’s supporters. Stars including Alyssa Milano, Michael Rapaport, Judd Apatow, and Kumail Nanjiani went low in their attempts to tear down the Trump administration.

Titanic star Frances Fisher appeared to be responding to Nicholas Sandmann’s speech when she called the MAGA hat “the new #WhiteSupremacy hood.” (Sandmann put on a MAGA hat at the end of his speech.)

Comedian Wanda Sykes also chimed in, stating that she was playing a drinking game in which she would imbibe every time someone at the RNC told a lie.  She expressed regret about the decision in a tweet, implying that there were too many mistruths to keep up with.
