Iran is at it again, issuing wild new threat to the United States

Is Iran taking a page out of Kim Jong Un’s playbook with these hollow threats?

Iran has long been the scourge of the Middle East, and seem to revel in their own bad behavior.

The Persian nation also has a particularly poor relationship with the United States, acting up every chance they get in order to garner attention on the international stage.  Their latest bout of rabble-rousing saw them perpetrate several drone attacks on the Saudi Arabian oil infrastructure – a common target of the Iranian regime give the geographical bottlenecks in the region.

After sabotaging several Saudi ships and an explosive attack on a land-based pipeline, Iran has continued their insubordination with a number of threats aimed at America herself, the latest of which is a verifiable doozy.

Mohammad Javad Zarif offered a series of anti-U.S. ultimatums over the ongoing tensions gripping the Persian Gulf, just 24-hours after a different threat against America was made by an Iran general. He said U.S. Navy forces now gathered in the Persian Gulf region will be hit with “unimaginable reciprocal blows” if any attack is made on Iran, as Breitbart News reported.

“Mr. Trump himself has announced that the U.S. has launched an economic war against Iran,” Zarif said. “The only solution for reducing tensions in this region is stopping that economic war.”

Zarif would go on to say that the US “cannot expect to stay safe” during any such aggression.

The claim seems laughable on its face, with the United States possessing perhaps the largest and most technologically advanced military force in the region.

Iran last week claimed that they US could find themselves at the mercy of Tehran’s “secret weapons” – a hollow threat that came with no proof whatsoever of these weapons’ existence.
