The outcry comes amid newly surfaced sexual misconduct claims against Kavanaugh from his time at Yale University.

At least three Democratic presidential candidates are calling for the impeachment of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in the face of a new, uninvestigated, allegation of sexual impropriety when he was in college.

I sat through those hearings. Brett Kavanaugh lied to the U.S. Senate and most importantly to the American people. He was put on the Court through a sham process and his place on the Court is an insult to the pursuit of truth and justice.

He must be impeached.

Senate Democrats posted a poll on Twitter asking Americans if they want more Kavanaugh’s or Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s on the Supreme Court.

What happened next is the stuff of legend.

In fact, DSCC actually deleted the tweet after the numbers skewed so heavily in Kavanaugh’s favor.
