MAGA Rallies Coming Back Within Days, as POTUS Looks to Defy Virus Precautions

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is having a hard time reading even his canned lines in front of a camera in his basement.

The 2020 election may very well be unrecognizable from its predecessors thanks to the perfect storm of massive participation, coronavirus concerns, and whatever stage of this cultural revolution we reach by November.

We’re living through history, and there are quite a few of us who will be dragged into our grandchildren’s classrooms to speak about the year 2020 while we’re old and grey.  This election is no less strange, if we’re being honest, with the Republican National Convention currently without a home on account of North Carolina’s stringent COVID-19 protocols not jibing with President Trump’s raucous vision of the event.

In fact, President Trump looks ready to eschew even more coronavirus caution in the coming days, signaling that his signature “MAGA” rallies will be coming back in full force within weeks.

Donald Trump is planning to restart rallies in the next two weeks in a major turning point for the president since the coronavirus shut down traditional campaigning.

Trump’s advisers are still determining where the rallies will take place and what safety measures will be implemented, depending on the type of venue chosen. Campaign manager Brad Parscale is expected to present Trump with possibilities within the next few days.

“Americans are ready to get back to action and so is President Trump. The great American comeback is real and the rallies will be tremendous,” Parscale said in a statement. “You’ll again see the kind of crowds and enthusiasm that sleepy Joe Biden can only dream of.”
