Man Who Bear-Maced MAGA Crowd at Santa Monica Pier Charged with Felony

This isn’t his first brush with the law, unsurprisingly.

We are all Americans, no matter the R’s and the D’s that we are allowing the media to brand us with.

Remember, folks:  This partisan nonsense is being weaponized by the mainstream media to sell commercials, and we mustn’t allow the television to tell us what decent behavior looks like.  These infotainment channels make money off of the chaos that their division creates, and they have no desire to amend that business model anytime soon.

This ridiculous rhetoric has pushed a great many liberal actors over the edge as of late, including a man whose wicked attack on his fellow Americans could put him away for a long, long time.

A man accused of spraying bear repellent into a crowd of protesters critical of President Trump over the weekend has been charged in the attacks, officials said Wednesday.

David Dempsey, 32, of Sherman Oaks, Calif., pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a felony count of the use of tear gas and a misdemeanor count of unlawful tear gas activity, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said.

Dempsey allegedly showed up at a Saturday rally on the Santa Monica Pier with a group of counterprotesters waving American flags and “Make America Great Again” caps. A group known as Refuse Fascism was at the pier to protest against Trump as part of a movement called #OutNow!, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Both groups exchanged words and taunts before a scuffle broke out. A video posted online shows a man wearing a MAGA hat circling the crowd and then unleashing a torrent of spray from a canister.

Dempsey isn’t a newcomer to the criminal lifestyle, however.  The young man has a criminal record that includes evading the police and second-degree burglary, among other things.
