Media Wildly Speculates on Trump’s Health After Ignoring Hillary Clinton’s Obvious Ailments

To see such a blatant disregard for journalistic standards, especially given what we know about Hillary Clinton’s condition in 2016, is far more alarming than a slippery ramp.

The mainstream media has an incredibly short memory, and that’s entirely by design.

Back in 2016, as the nation prepared for yet another election dubbed “the most important election of our lifetime”, (because they all are, apparently), the left side of the mainstream media was completely befuddled by their conservative cohorts’ obsession with Hillary Clinton’s health.  The former Secretary of State had appeared less than 100% on several occasions throughout her campaign for the presidency, including near-daily coughing fits and a fainting spell in New York City that was mysteriously chalked up to “pneumonia” some days later.

All the while, the mainstream media either ignored the blatant issues that Clinton was having, or they went as far as to chastise those who were calling attention to the very real problem.

My, how the tables have turned in 2020.

Members of the mainstream media sounded the alarm about President Trump’s health for what they believe were signs of declining health during his appearance at the West Point commencement ceremony.

Following his prepared remarks to the military academy graduates, Trump was seen cautiously walking down a ramp from the stage.

The infotainment industry went on a rampage.

The New York Times ran the headline, “Trump’s Halting Walk Down Ramp Raises New Health Questions.”

“Mr. Trump — who turned 74 on Sunday, the oldest a U.S. president has been in his first term — was recorded hesitantly descending the ramp one step at a time after he delivered an address to graduating cadets at the New York-based academy on Saturday. The academy’s superintendent, Lt. Gen. Darryl A. Williams, walked alongside him. Mr. Trump sped up slightly for the final three steps, as he got to the bottom,” Times reporter Maggie Haberman wrote.

Trump himself addressed the issue, stating that the ramp was slippery and steep, but Haberman decided that this was not possible, stating simply that it hadn’t rained, not mentioning any sort of research that led to this conclusion about the condition of the ramp.

Then, predictably, CNN jumped on board as well.
