POTUS Suggests a ‘Redo’ of 2020 Election Before It Even Happens

There is little doubt that the left will use the comments to push their ludicrous “dictator Trump” narrative.

Despite the fact that we still have 70-some days until the 2020 election, we can already say some some certainty that this is the most contentious contest in modern American history.

Perhaps not since the 1860’s has our nation been so bitterly divided, particularly on the subject of politics.  The Trump supporters are suggesting that Joe Biden is a senile creep, and the Biden supporters have been calling Trump racist for years.  This is an ugly affair by all measures.

And, to make things all the more dramatic, we are in the midst of a global pandemic that has forced our nation to consider voting by mail in order to protect the at-risk citizens among us.  This, too, has been controversial, with concerns about the safety of the balloting when being conducted outside of the polling place.

President Trump, for his part, has been vociferous in his defense of in-person voting, even going so far as to suggest that a “redo” might be in order if vote-by-mail fails as miserably as he thinks it may.

During his announcement of a posthumous presidential pardon for pioneering women’s rights activist Susan B. Anthony — who died in 1906 — Trump was asked about his feud with the Democratic Party over mail-in voting.

“The Democrats want to make it a political issue. It’s not a political issue, it’s really about a correct vote. You have to get voting right,” he declared. “You can’t have millions and millions of ballots sent all over the place, sent to people that are dead, sent to dogs, cats. Sent to everyone. This is a serious situation, this isn’t games, and you have to get it right.”

“I just want to get it right. Win, lose, or draw — I think I’m going to win — win, lose, or draw, we have to get it right,” Trump insisted. “We have to have honest voting.”

Then came the positively stunning suggestion:

“It’ll end up being a rigged election or they will never come out with an outcome. They’ll have to do it again, and nobody wants that,” Trump concluded. “And I don’t want that.”

The Democrats will surely attempt to spin this comment as a new chapter in their fantasy novel, “Dictator Trump”.
