President Trump Hints at ‘Very Generous’ COVID Stimulus Package Coming Soon

This would be HUGE!

Despite the fact that America has been largely preoccupied with a racial revolution of sorts, there is still a COVID-19 pandemic out there, wreaking havoc on our nation and its economy.  In fact, in a lot of locales around the country, things are getting worse when it comes to coronavirus.

New hotspots are emerging in places such as Arizona and Florida, and previously reopened areas such as Georgia are again beginning to clamp down on businesses such as restaurants and music venues.

This, of course, means that a great many Americans are still out of work, and our economy remains at a near-standstill.  More economic stimulus may very well be necessary, and President Trump knows it.

From an interview with Forbes Magazine.

Joe St. George: I have a lot of viewers in Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, who are still struggling economically, sir. They spent all of that first stimulus check, are you going to get them a second stimulus check?

President Trump: Yeah, we are. We are. Look we had this—

Joe St. George: When? When are you going to get it?

President Trump: We had this going better than anybody’s ever seen before. We had the best job numbers, the best economics, the best economy we’ve ever had, and then we had the virus come in from China. Now we’re rebuilding it again. We will be doing another stimulus package. It’ll be very good, it’ll be very generous, and people—

Joe St. George: How much? People want to know.

President Trump: You’ll find out about it. You’ll find out.

Given just how prolonged this entire COVID mess has been, Americans are likely thrilled to see the President use the word “generous” to describe the coming efforts.
