Revealed: Homeland Security Will Officially Put An End to ‘Catch And Release’ Next Week

Donald Trump’s 2016 victory over Hillary Clinton was tremendous for a number of reasons, whether countless millions of Americans understand it or not.

Supreme Court picks. Re-shaping the federal judiciary. Immigration stuff.

It’s all extremely important and Hillary would’ve done nothing to better America.

Check out the latest move by the DHS…

From Washington Times:

Homeland Security will finally end “catch-and-release” of Central American immigrant families caught crossing the border illegally, acting Secretary Kevin K. McAleenan announced Monday, saying the department has finally gotten a handle on the migrant surge that had sowed chaos at the border over the last year.

Mr. McAleenan said families that attempt to claim asylum will usually be sent to wait in Mexico while their cases proceed in U.S. immigration courts. Those who don’t attempt to claim asylum will be quickly returned to their home countries.

Some Democrats aren’t all-the-way crazy.

Just most.

Check out Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who occasionally says things that lean conservative…

From Daily Wire:

Democrat presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard warned on Sunday that the other 2020 Democrat presidential candidates are promoting policies that are tantamount to having open borders, a policy position that she does not support.

Gabbard made the remarks in an interview on “The Rubin Report” with host Dave Rubin where she explained that she is against the policies being pushed by the rest of the Democrat Party because “without secure borders, we don’t really have a country.”

WATCH:

Democrat presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard tells Dave Rubin on The Rubin Report: “I don’t support open borders. Without secure borders, we don’t really have a country.”

Gabbard admits that what the other Democrat candidates are pushing for “is essentially open borders.”

Another clip:

Democrat presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard tells Dave Rubin that the United States’ immigration system “is not working for anybody. It’s not working for our economy, it’s not working for our businesses, it’s not working for our farmers, it’s not working for our families”
