RussiaGate 2.0: Kamala Harris says opponent is backed by The Kremlin!

Is anyone else having deja vu?

Here we go again.

Hot on the heels of Robert Mueller’s bombshell snoozefest testimony on Capitol Hill a few days back, the Russians are back, apparently, this time driving their mysterious hacker communes to back a mid-tier democratic candidate for 2020.

At least, that’s what Kamala Harris’ campaign thinks.

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA)’s campaign press secretary suggested Russia was behind Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) after she landed an effective blow on Harris’ record as a prosecutor during the Democrat debates on Wednesday night.

Her press secretary, Ian Sams, tweeted shortly after the attack an NBC News article from February 2019 claiming the “Russian propaganda machine” was promoting Gabbard:

“Reporters writing their stories with eyes on the modern-day assignment desk of Twitter, read this: ‘The Russian propaganda machine that tried to influence the 2016 election is now promoting the presidential aspirations of a controversial Hawaii Democrat,’” he tweeted. He later retweeted his tweet.

The two democratic candidates have been in a heated war of words thanks to Gabbard evisceration of Kamala Harris at Wednesday night’s debate.

Gabbard, who has a bit of a cult following among far-left dems, laid down a vicious verbal assault during the affair, blasting Harris’ time as a prosecutor who handled a large number of non-violent marijuana offenses – often putting these minor criminals behind bars.

In February, Harris joked during an interview about smoking marijuana and listening to Tupac Shakur in college, laughing all the way.  It was later discovered that Harris was not in college at a time when Tupac and other hip hop artists she mentioned were releasing music.
