VIDEO: Agitated Individual Shouts at Pro-Trump Students, ‘Slash Republican Throats’

We can only hope that the individual in the footage is going to receive the help that they need.

Political tensions are at an all time high here in America, as our governmental discourse has been distilled into a Team R versus Team D deathmatch the likes of which we haven’t seen since the Civil War.

Every American, and every issue that they face, is being corralled into these disparate and dichotic corners of our culture, with no room for compromise or a “grey area”.  This has predictably led to some truly terrifying instances of politically-motivated malfeasance, including threats of violence and violence itself.

This is shameful, truly, as our Founding Fathers granted us the First Amendment under the pretense that we would remain mature enough to maintain it.  But, as with any society, there are vitriolic participants who just can’t keep their uglier tendencies or thoughts to themselves.

Police at Arizona State University said that they are investigating a video that showed an individual shouting violent threats at a group of pro-Trump students on campus.

A former Antifa member turned conservative activist told Fox Nation’s Lawrence Jonesthat these incidents are seemingly regular occurrences for conservative students.

“I want to reserve judgment on this specific incident because we don’t really know much about this gentleman,” Gabriel Nadales, a regional field coordinator for The Leadership Institute, said on Fox Nation’s “Keeping Up With Jones.”

“That being said,” he continued, “if I had a nickel for every time that I had a situation like this happen to me or to one of my students, I’d be ready to retire.”

Video of the incident is downright disturbing.

We can only hope that the individual in the footage is going to receive the help that they need.
